13th) The 6th Council meeting of TDIA is held today at Shenzhen.
Mr. Tang Ruan of Datang Mobile, Mr. Ge Chen from Holley Group,
Mr. Mao Shengjiang from Huawei Company, Mr. Hou Zifeng from
Lenovo Group, Mr Xie Daxiong from ZTE Corporation, Mr Tong
Baoan from CECT and Mr Wang Dong from China Putian attend
the meeting and discuss the topics. Mr. Yu Shengduo of Information
Industry Ministry attend the meeting.
The meeting discussed the following topics: <The Rule
of Patent Announcement>, <The 2006 Working Plan of TDIA>,
<The Current Situation, Problems and Solutions of TD-SCDMA
Industry>; and examined following topics: <The Suggestion
of Officially Absorbing the 3rd Part of New Members>, <The
Rule of Non-council Members becoming Council Members>.
The meeting director firstly introduced the main topics and
gave a speech. He took an overview of the work of the second-half
year at industrialization test, industry chain building, international
popularization and marketing promotion, and at the same time
pointed out the next step is to around the commercialization
and marketing of products. Then, Mr Yang Hua, the secretary-general
of TDIA, gave the report <The 2006 Working Point of TDIA>
to point out that the next stage of TDIA is to approve the
industry chain, to develop the continuous technology and standardization,
to do marketing promotion and to optimize TDIA itself. The
council members all agree the report.
