CECW was founded in Dec. 1999. CECW is a technical enterprise to engage R&D of wireless communication terminal products. As an independent, open, professional design house, CECW passed and completed several projects, such as national mobile communication product R&D fund project “R&D and industrialization of handset (dual-model) based on 3rd generation mobile communication standard” and electrical development fund “TD-SCDMA mobile handset” etc. That means CECW handles one-up GSM/GPRS core technology, and is able to do evolution of3G/TD-SCDMA and following next generation solution.
